Knob Creek 9 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey

Knob Creek 9 Year Old Bourbon Whiskey

  • Nose:
  • Palate:
  • Finish

Nose: Aromas of caramel, cinnamon and apples jump from the glass.  Followed by Chocolate covered cherries and white pepper.  Subtle notes of vanilla, and raisins give way to orange truffles on the finish.

Palate: Incredibly smooth especially considering it’s slightly higher alcohol 50%.

Comments: I wrote these notes a few years ago, and after reading them it’s no wonder this is the number one selling Bourbon in the US. I always seem to overlook this bourbon, but I must like it more than I think I do, because the bottle is always empty on my shelf.
